This is a very difficult incident to report on. The victim alleges she was date raped and has footage to support it. The alleged assailant denies all claims and says he was trying to help the woman. Usually, I would voice my opinions, but due the very sensitive nature of this story as it relates to the young lady, I will only report the facts, which you can analyze for yourself.
For the record, no woman is responsible for being raped, no matter what. Who’s telling the truth, the rapist or the victim?
Listen to a witness who says that she thought the two were having consensual sex and says that the victim was twerking on stage AFTER the alleged assault.
However, in this video, you can clearly see a PILL in the victims drink at 4:05! Or was that just a straw???
